Reunite with Simon and Caroline from the New York Times best-selling Wallbanger in this fun and flirty novella!
Simon and Caroline have it all. A gorgeous restored Victorian house in Sausalito, flourishing careers, an eternal spark for each other, and a cat with more attitude than is legal in the state of California.
So what’s plaguing the couple of the century? They’ve got everything anyone could wish for, except...a family.
After several close calls, Simon and Caroline are coming to terms with the idea that being parents might not be in the cards for them. They’ve been married several years, and they’re realizing it may just be the two of them, forever. Which is okay, right?
Caroline’s career has taken an intriguing turn, Simon is working more than ever, they’re fresh from a trip across the pond to see their besties Jillian and Benjamin - things are falling into place, without a baby rattle.
But just when you think your life is set, the universe gives you a...twist.
Come back in for one more round with Simon and Caroline.

ONE MORE ROUND by Alice Clayton
One More Round by Alice Clayton is the fifth book in the Cocktail series.
If you loved Simon and Caroline in Alice Clayton’s Wallbanger, you will love this novella as we get to revisit the couple several years later. If you haven’t read Wallbanger, go NOW and read it! You will not regret it!
Simon and Caroline are still madly in love. Still have their wonderful jobs, wonderful house and wonderful friends. The only thing missing are the kids they hoped to have by this time in their lives. They have been through a lot of heartache losing four previous pregnancies. It just seems that maybe kids are not in the cards for these two. When Caroline finds out that she is expecting again, she is afraid to tell anyone especially since she just started doing a TV segment on interior design.
As Simon and Caroline navigate through this pregnancy, many new surprises keep popping up. In the end it will take a village to get to their happy ending and the family that they have always dreamed up.
I loved this story. You will go through the heartache of loss but also the joy of birth. It was fun watching these two get the one thing they have wanted for so long… a family!
