HER WEDDING KNIGHT by Hermione Moon
Her Wedding Knight by Hermione Moon, book four in The Avalon Café series, was another delightful and intriguing cozy mystery.
It is finally kitchen witch Gwen Young’s wedding day to the handsome, kind-hearted Arthur; a re-connection to these old souls. The best part is that they are having a double wedding with their best friends at Wessex Castle, a beautiful, stately home.
The planning is done and everything is ready, until Gwen has a disturbing dream about the location. Then they discover that the castle was built on top of an Anglo-Saxon ship burial and its owner holds an ancient grudge against Gwen and Arthur. No matter, these two are determined to say their vows, become wedded, and live a long and fruitful life. Now, to stop these evil forces from keeping them apart and figure out whom these people truly are.
Once again, Gwen and Arthur’s past and future are tied to this case. Ms. Moon created a story that is full of enchantment, legends, along with the perfect mix of suspense, sweet romance and magic. I was so caught up in the story that I kept reading, finishing this book in one sitting. I highly recommend Her Wedding Knight to other readers and look forward to the next book in the series.
