I write romantic comedy, and more specifically sports romance.

I have a stuffed animal from almost every major city in the country! (Thanks, Mom).
Do you have any hobbies or particular skills?
I’m fluent in Mandarin Chinese and I know a surprising amount about sports.
What do you hope readers will experience or gain when reading your stories?
More than anything, I really hope that I can make people laugh and provide a dreamy little escape from the stresses of everyday life.
What inspired you to write the South Florida Riders series?
When I think about what inspired me to write the South Florida Riders series, honestly it’s just a complete love of sports and all the fun and extravagance of the professional sports world. I follow the NFL closely, and I’ve always been drawn to the personal lives of the athletes and the stories about how they fell in love or met their person.
I wanted to write stories about guys like this and the girls that tame them! I really just wanted to create fun, happy books that bring people together and make them laugh.
Which 2 or 3 words best describe your writing style?
Witty, steamy, and lively.
Breezie Bennett has had her fingers on a keyboard since she was a middle-schooler writing sports romances about her brother’s baseball team. A graduate of the University of Florida, she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, can dance on pointe, and has been known to shotgun a beer in 5.2 seconds.
